Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its accounts, security, files, availability or other users; misrepresent your identity or authority; submit malicious material; or attempt unauthorized access.
Information is not a binding offer
Website descriptions, configurations and estimate requests are provided for planning and inquiry. Scope, specifications, quantity, artwork condition, material, tax, shipping, installation, schedule, exclusions and price must be confirmed in a formal quote, order or agreement.
Customer materials and authority
You must have the rights and authority needed to submit and authorize names, logos, trademarks, images, fonts, copy, designs and other content. Dramatic AD may reject or pause content that appears unlawful, unsafe, infringing or technically unsuitable.
Quotes, changes and approvals
A quote applies to its stated scope, assumptions, validity period and version. Approval of a quote or proof authorizes only the identified version. A later change may require a revised proof, price and schedule. The customer is responsible for checking content, dimensions and other approval items identified in the project documents.
Production and color
Displays, papers, films, inks, paints, materials and lighting reproduce color differently. Any color-critical requirement must be identified before production and may require an approved calibrated or physical proof. Normal manufacturing tolerances and the controlling quote or production specification apply.
Intellectual property and public use
Ownership and license terms for final work are determined by the controlling quote or agreement and payment status. Customer-provided content remains subject to the customer's rights. Dramatic AD will not treat private project files as permission to publish a case study or client mark.
Changes and governing documents
We may update website terms prospectively. If these terms conflict with a signed agreement or accepted quote for specific work, that controlling document governs to the extent of the conflict.
