Confirmed delivery terms
Shipping, local delivery, pickup or installation is included only when stated in the accepted quote or order. Website configurations and inquiry confirmations do not independently promise free shipping or a fixed delivery window.
Production and carrier timing
Production timing begins after the requirements identified in the quote are complete, which may include payment, final artwork and proof approval. Carrier transit estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless a specific guaranteed service is purchased and stated.
Address and site conditions
The customer must provide an accurate deliverable address, contact and access information. Oversize items, appointments, limited-access locations, inside delivery, lift-gate service and installation conditions may require separate arrangements and charges.
Pickup and inspection
Pickup is by confirmed arrangement. Inspect delivered packages and visible condition promptly. Preserve packaging and contact Dramatic AD with the order number, photos and description of suspected transit damage so the applicable carrier and production records can be reviewed.
International or unusual destinations
International shipping, customs, duties, restricted materials and unusual destinations require written confirmation. Unless the controlling document states otherwise, customer-imposed taxes, duties or access charges are not included.
