We collect information you submit through inquiries, estimate requests, orders, account workflows, artwork uploads, proof comments and communications. This may include contact and company details, project specifications, addresses, files, approvals and billing-related records.
Operational and technical information
We may record limited device, browser, request, security and usage information needed to operate the site, prevent abuse, understand conversion paths and diagnose problems. Analytics and marketing technologies should follow the choices presented by the configured consent controls.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, prepare estimates and quotations, manage projects, produce and deliver work, process payments through authorized providers, provide support, maintain required records, improve services and protect accounts and systems.
Payments and service providers
Dramatic AD does not intend to receive or store raw card numbers. Payment interfaces are provided by the configured payment provider. Other vendors receive only the information reasonably required for hosting, storage, communications, security, analytics, tax, shipping or production services.
Files and customer content
Customer artwork and project files are treated as private unless the customer has authorized public use. Access is limited to authorized account members, assigned staff and providers needed to deliver the work. Uploaded files may be scanned and technically analyzed for security and production readiness.
Retention and requests
Records are retained according to operational, contractual, security, tax and legal requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing sales@dramaticad.com. We may need to verify identity and may retain information subject to a legal or financial obligation.
