01

Start with the place

Provide the installation address, clear photos, approximate dimensions, viewing direction and mounting surface. A concept that works in a presentation may fail when sightlines, attachment, access or power are considered.

02

Separate visible size from construction

Finished width and height do not fully define a sign. Cabinet depth, returns, faces, illumination, supports, raceways, foundations and attachment details affect fabrication and installation.

03

Name the approval path

Identify the property owner or landlord, local jurisdiction, permit responsibility and the customer representative authorized to approve the final proof. Unknown approvals should be shown as assumptions, not hidden in a price.

04

Give the deadline context

An opening date, event date or lease requirement is different from a preferred delivery date. Explain the consequence so survey, permit, material and installation sequencing can be planned honestly.
